Joining the community

Run Jasper helps dog owners share park plans, join communities, arrange meetups and contact hosts or sellers. Use an account you control, provide accurate details, keep your login secure and verify your email before participating. You are responsible for activity on your account. Contact Edmund if you suspect someone else has access.

Dogs, parks and meetups

You remain responsible for your dog’s care, supervision and suitability for an outing. Follow the venue’s current rules, signage and leash requirements. Discuss health, temperament, accessibility and special needs with the host before attending. A park update is a member’s stated plan, not a guarantee that they are present or that a venue is open. Run Jasper does not certify dogs, hosts or compatibility.

Bookings, payments and refunds

Read the event or listing details, price, inclusions, cancellation terms and host’s payment instructions before booking. Free meetups may use a waitlist. Paid reservations normally hold a place for 30 minutes while you arrange payment and submit proof; the host reviews payment manually. A reservation or payment screenshot alone does not mean the booking is confirmed.

PayNow payments go directly to the host or seller named in the payment instructions. Run Jasper does not collect, hold or automatically refund those funds. Ask the host about a cancellation or refund; the host must make the transfer and can record it in the app. If a meetup is cancelled, check your alerts and contact the host about any payment. An enquiry-only listing does not provide checkout or confirm availability.

Respectful participation

Do not harass people, impersonate others, send spam, publish misleading listings, share someone’s private information without permission or upload content you do not have the right to share. Keep discussions relevant and respectful. Use the block and report controls for unwanted messages. Edmund may review reported content, remove unsuitable content, pause listings or suspend accounts to protect the community. Contact him to ask for a review.

Your content and privacy

You keep ownership of your content and allow Run Jasper to store and display it to provide the features you use. Share only information you intend the relevant audience to see. Public club content differs from member-only park updates and private conversations. The privacy notice explains these audiences and how information is handled.

Service availability and changes

The service is being tested with a small pilot. Features can change or be temporarily unavailable. Do not rely on Run Jasper for emergency assistance or guaranteed attendance, stock or payment verification. We will describe material changes here and use account alerts where practical. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Leaving and support

You can leave clubs, remove eligible dog profiles and request account closure by emailing Edmund. Some booking, payment and moderation records may need to be retained to resolve outstanding matters. Include your account email, but never send your password or a full bank statement.
